IBBQS Whole Hog Contest

Information

Whole Hog Contest

Prior to the KCBS BBQ Contest Fire and Meat, we organize in cooperation with the International BBQ Society (IBBQS) one of the Whole Hog Competitions. This competition will take place on Friday July 5th and Saturday July 6th 2019.

The Cooks-meeting will take place on Friday July 5th at 06:00 pm. At the same time, the drawing of the pigs is being held.
On Saturday July 6th, the judging will take place at 02:00 pm, at 03:15 pm the blind boxes will be handed in and finally the prize-giving ceremony will be held at 05:00 pm.

Teamregistration:
The registration fee is € 150.00 for each team.
This includes a whole pig (35 kg).

Juryregistration:
We are looking for qualified judges.
Are you not qualified, but would you like to be a judge?
